This option allows the user to add payment types and customer frequency as required. This option should only be used after consulting support and discussing the reason for the extra requirement.
Click on Transaction Types, the following screen is displayed
You should add new Payment types in this section. Payment types must start with P and is limited to 2 letters
Check with support if changing the types to ensure they will be picked up during the billing Process
