A soft reset restarts the Handheld and saves all records and entries stored in your Handheld terminal. After a soft reset, the Palm powered screen appears followed by the General Preferences screen.
To perform a soft reset, remove the battery cover and gently press the reset button located under the battery cover. See the screen.
