MASC - Mobile Automated Sales Control
The MASC system allows you
to
- Load customer details and product pricing to your
palm device.
- Upload deliveries from your palm device.
- Upload cash collections from your palm
device.
- Automatically add monthly, weekly or periodical
rental charges or recurring charges to your customers with the press of a
button.
- Enter delivery dockets into the program on a regular
basis (daily, weekly). At month end the print invoice routine will print all
dockets for the same customer on a single invoice or, alternatively,
invoices can be printed for specific site locations.
- Analyse your transactions by product by
month.
- Create your invoice on day 1 of the month, weekly or
daily as required by customer group.
