IMPORTANT
The PA970's Backup Battery arrives to the customer
switched off. Before charging the PA970, the Backup
Battery must
be switched ON in order to avoid acci-
dental data
loss
Open
the SD Compartment and flip the white switch
toward the stylus slot.
This
procedure is again covered in the "Charging the
PA970" section, later in
this guide.
