Installing the Program

From your export menu you will find a button "Install Handheld Program". This is linked to the folder c:\hhinstall and will run the file masc_install.bat.

When the program starts the following screen is displayed

 

From this screen select the handheld name you wish to install and click on the button install, the following screen will be displayed

 

 

You are now ready to sync the handheld and install the program, press the hotsync button on the cradle to install the system.

 

TIP: Make sure the hotsync icon  has restarted after before you try and sync the handheld. Some system sdo not restart the palm desktop after you have installed a program and you will need to restart it manually by clicking start>programs>SPT Desktop >hotsync Manager
