Data List

• From the main menu select Reports >>Data List Reports.  The following screen will display.  Your are given the option to print a list of your Financial/Nominal Accounts, your Customers and your Suppliers.

Financial Acounts

• To view all your Financial Accounts select the ALL button from  Account field.
• To view financial accounts within a particular accounting group, use the down arrow key in the Group field to select the appropriate option.

Customers

• Customers can be viewed in different ways.  To view all customer leave the option ALL   in the various field options. 
• To view customers by frequency, select the appropriate option in the Frequency field.
• To view your customers by type, select the appropriate option in the Type field.

Suppliers

• To preview a list of your Suppliers click on the Print button displayed to the right.
• The information will appear in preview format.  Click on the  icon to send the reports to the printer.
