Agents Reports

From the MASC Start menu select Agents Report the following report will be displayed

Depending on how you configured your customer commission you have 2 options.

If you wish you can hide the detail pricing on the report by clicking on hide Detailed Sales Prices

Customer Commission
This is based on the commission rate entered in the HH message section of the customer maintenance screen and applies that rate against all product sold to that customer. The agent is also credited for the product sold based on the price itr was sold to the agent rather than the customer.

Delivery Price

This calculates the commission based on the product commission entered in the price matrix of the customer. The credit for delivery is based on the price sold to the agent.

Common Problems

• Agents sells a different but equivilant product than was sold to him. If the prices are different then this will result in calculation problems on the credit and commission and problems with reconciling the products.
• Customer are given a credit which relates to a period before the agent started
• Calculating the effect of the holding stock on the agents commission
• Price changes in the agents prices after the invoice was created but before the commission statement is run. This results in the sales price and credit price been different for the agent.
