Add Transactions
- From the main menu
select Sales>>Add Transactions, or
- Click
the
Add
Transaction icon from the shortcut toolbar. The
following screen will be displayed.

- Select Customer using the down arrow key
- Select the Product the customer requires
- Select the Warehouse Location
- Enter the Quantity
ordered
- The Price Vat and Value
field should populate itself. You also have the option to
change the price of the product if you wish by overtyping the
existing price.
- If you entering multiple transactions
for the same customer, select the customer code and click on the
Repeat Customer button displayed in the bottom left of
the above screen. Similarly, if you are entering transactions for the
same date, select the date button and insert the date required.
- Click the
close icon to exit the
screen
Options
Customer PO Reference
If you require a customer order on the invoice you will
need to configure the system preferences to display this field.
Units / Tracking Number
Units and tracking are displayed if selected under userdetails.
