Freight Booking System
Develop , implement and support a customised booking system which integrates directly into Sage Line 50. The system allows staff to record freight bookings and confirm the booking by email or SMS text message, collate all customer bookings into a monthly sales invoice, supplier invoices are also automatically matched against the booking  providing a streamlined operation from start to finish. By investing in technology and our expertise the company is able to control its costs, grow the business and delight their customers with professional service.

DCI Fuel Billing System
The DCI system allows for unmanned fuel pumps to be charged against customer account cards. The card data is transmitted electronically to the company as required. We created a system to import the transactions, match the customer account, price the transactions based on the pricing matrix the company required, create the sales invoice and export the data to Sage Line 50. This provided a seamless operation from transactions creation to billing.

Management Reporting Development and Distribution
This organisation was challenged with producing and distributing departmental spending, performance and detailed pay reports for an organisation with over 100 departments by day 7 of the month. We developed a reporting program to produce the reports in both pdf and snapshot format and deliver the reports using the intranet.

Core Pay Reporting
Developed reports which detailed pay by category, department and admin area and distributed the reports monthly using the intranet.

Direct Debit Processing
Developed an interface to Encore which extracted the payment details for suppliers and created the file to process the payment to AIB Credits. The system allows the user to email or fax a remittance advise directly to the supplier.

Maintenance Billing System
Developed an application which collated the hardware and support charges by store and created the quarterly billings. The billing details are imported into Oracle.
